On GMA sending medical practitioners to Bali...

I kinda have a problem with this. I'm not saying that we shouldn't help, but maybe we can help some other way. Sending medical practioners to Bali will the mean the following:

-doctors having less time for Filipinos since they'll be in Bali
-spending for plane fare and medicine

Imagine if we just use that money to help Filipinos who are in need, like the kids in PGH.

I know that what happened in Bali is a terrible thing. But here in the Philippines, terrible things happen everyday. It doesn't have to be 'big' like a bomb exploding. Kids on the streets, sick Filipinos who cannot pay the hospital that they're in, etc...

Sigh.
