The first thing that the salesladies asked me when I asked for the Bond CDs is "James Bond?" That happened twice, for both CD's, entitled "Born" and "Shine".
Bond is a group of 4 beautiful women who play strings - violins, viola, and cello. You will not believe that the four girls are only in their mid-twenties. Haylie, Eos, and Tania are 24 years old, while Gay-yee is 26 years old. They are musical geniuses, with (honours) degrees from different prestigious music schools under their belts. The girls are both very gifted and highly classically trained - and with that combination, you can never go wrong. Add to that their beauty. First thing you'll notice is that they are trying to project a very sexy, oozy-with-sex-appeal kind of image. The group does not have one musical style. Their music is a fusion of modern and classical music. Let someone listen to the tracks of their albums and you'll surely get "gypsy", "jazz", "trance", "classical", and "disco" as descriptions. As Tania said, "Bond will appeal to people who would normally be intimidated by a classical concert."
Try to check out the track "Victory" from the Born CD, and "Bond on Bond" from the Shine CD.
